I must finish my job now so I still could manage my time to get some bulbs for my house kitchen and the ceiling. The bulbs there are not working anymore and it makes the area of the kitchen is in complete darkness. I feel sorry to my wife because she must use candles when she is preparing dinner in the evening.
The place is quite far from my office, but I don’t think it is problem. It is close to the subway anyway, so I don’t feel worried to get home too late. Shortly, I am inside the lamp store where I usually get some bulbs and lamps for home. This time I see something new in this place; perhaps it is because the shop owner will need to decorate her shop beautifully for the Christmas.
I look at some models of desk lamps that I have planned to get one for my working desk at home. The desk lamp is in dark color and unfortunate for me that until now it is still just a plan. I consider more on something else. My wife also needs some more illumination for the living room. She thinks that the living room lacks of light and a table lamp or wall lamp could help furnishing the room. Well, I consider the same thing though the price of table lamps is high within this week. We must be quite patient to wait until the end of the month when the shop always offer good discount on some items, including table lamps.
For inside the house illumination, I would rather have my daughter’s bedroom get more indoor light fixtures since one lamp on her bedroom wall does not support illuminating her large room. I consider on placing a hanging lamp in the middle or a standing lamp on the corner of her bedroom. My wife also has seen some models of the standing lamps I mentioned and she would just agree with me. But unlucky for us because the most preferable standing lamp has already been sold three days ago and the shop owner said that they did not have any stocks similar to the one we want. My daughter would have probably been disappointed if my wife and I had accidentally promised her. My daughter has seen the standing lamps and she even asked me whether she could get one for her bedroom. Sorry, babe…
