In the world of trading, there is a proverb which says that ‘‘the customer is the king’’. So, we always have to serve the customers greatly and well. If we do not serve the customers well, we will not get any customer. And as the effect, we will be bankrupt. That is not what we want. The goal of our products is the customer. We make our business’ products just for the customers. Without them, we cannot do our business. And definitely we cannot earn money. So, we like it or not, we should serve and make our customers satisfied with our products.
In this condition, there are some ways to make or satisfy our customers. One of the ways is by giving our best to the customers. In this case, we should give our best, whether it is on the service or on the products, to the customers. This step is done to make the customers become more believe in our products. So, they will use our products in a long time. Besides that, by giving our best to the customers, it means that we have already tried to build a customers’ trust. When the customer wants to buy our products, we should give the best service in order to make him or her love with our products. But, we should give our best product to the customer besides giving the best service. It is because the best product is the main thing of our business development. If our product is unacceptable in public, it means that we are failed in business.
