To extend a business we should do a business feasible study. This study is usually arranged for financial capital both from bank, investor or other financial institutions. We can know and identify whether it is precise or not for us to extend the business after identifying some aspects, they are: financial aspect, marketing aspect, human resources aspect and operational aspect. First, we have an introduction chapter, consists of feasibility study background, purpose, methodology, and company profile. The purpose is to analyze business throughout some mentioned important aspects. In methodology subchapter, explain how to get the valid data explaining in the paper. You should also give a brief but complete your company profile into the study report, involves company name, the owner, operational year, company address, business scale and total labor.
While, then, there is review and discussion involves the important aspect review, for example Marketing aspect involves market identification, segmentation, target market, any factor that influences demand (both the supporting factor and obstacle or thread factor), demand and sales forecasting, sales data, marketing strategies.
The aspect in the operational aspect is about machinery, production process or service process, complete description of your goods or services, and etc. Human resources aspect completely describes the general review of your employee, divisions, job description of each, work time, salary, fee, bonus, incentive bonus, wage, any certain employees-requirement, recruitment process and procedure, actuating planning.
And the financial aspect is about investment planning by calculating and forecasting cost and benefit (profit). And finally, we have a conclusion about each analyzed aspects (marketing aspect, human resources aspect, operational aspect, and the financial aspect).
