Another issue is the way the two disciplines see the company. Process reenginnering is based on the notion of trimming the processes down, essentially treating the company like a machine and cutting off redundant elements. KM takes a very different approach, looking at the company as a living organism where one realises that seemingly irrelevant elements might have great influence upon the way the firm functions. KM by nature is (or should be) focused on softer elements involving people, culture, informal communities and relationships, etc.

The two processes are quite incompatible. However, the danger of implementing KM after reengineering is that irreparable damage may already have been done to the knowledge assetts/dynamics of the organization.

Hi!
For me it's a bit different approach to an old set of rules:
1.PLAN what you shall do
2.DO it
3.CHECK your results
4.ACT accordingly

Take care,

Holiday credit cards might be a great deal a lot more than pre-printed credit rating cards stuffed in envelopes with mailing labels applied. With some imagination and also the correct greeting card supplier, a greeting card can be a really unique, higher high high quality present that projects organization professionalism as nicely as heartfelt wishes for that holiday season.

I think that everyone want to reach their target as financial freedom, but to reach this goals people should work hard and harder. Since there is no goals can be reach on easy way. If you can reach your goals easily, thats mean that your goals is too low standart.

Hi

Fully agree (and good to see) that you balance the importance of both a good strategy and ability to execute. Too many people today are suggesting a good implementation is powerful enough to eliminate the need for a good strategy.

I would add one comment and that is the synergy will be enhanced by defining the actions required for implementation. Strategy implementation is about knowing what action to take under eight areas of excellence - People, Biz Case, Communicate, Measure, Culture, Process, Reconnize and Review. We capture these under the Implementation Compass.

The leaders must assess their readiness to implement and identify the actions they want staff members to do different.

Can I get local channels with Satellite Tv systems? Yes! local affiliate channels for ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC are available via satellite in most metropolitan areas across the country. many of those areas also now offer high definition local programming. Both Dish Network and DIRECTV include local program channels at no additional charge with all of their tv subscription packages.
